About Marmo Meccanica S.p.A

Marmo Meccanica S.p.A. was established in Jesi in 1973. In it there come together the experiences of its charter members, who have been already in the field of precision mechanics for more than 25 years, and in the field of marble for more than 10 years.

Until 2003 the Company has been simultaneously operating in two fields: mechanics (planning and building of machinery for the stone industry) and marble (manufacturing and marketing of the above mentioned industry). Since January 2003, further to a process of supply-productive rationalization, Marmo Meccanica S.p.A. has exclusively been dealing with the mechanical activity, while the marble processing has been carried on by the distinct Company CP I Bizantini.

Testimonials

“We bought our LTN-621 in 2015. It is a beast and we have never, knock on wood, had a problem with it. It has grown our production square footage. Working with the Marmo Meccanica team was a joy and the whole process was easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the stone business. I prefer the in-line over a CNC as I believe it is faster and puts out more square footage. Some may think differently, but I am a firm believer in this product and would not change a thing. Hats off to the Marmo team for building such a great and reliable machine!”
— Raegan Winn Natural Stone Design, Texas
“I have known Steve Collick for 15 years in the fabrication industry. Marmo Meccanica-NA has been a key strategic partner for NOVUS as the business expands it’s footprint throughout the east coast of the U.S. The Marmo HTO 1/B bridge saw has been the work horse of our business model over the last seven years, with NOVUS adding three new HTO-R2-5A CNC bridge saws in the past year alone. Through automated features, NOVUS calculated a 66% savings in fabrication labor. Quantifying these savings over time has allowed NOVUS to spot opportunities for actionable insight to create a predictive financial model to grow the business. Marmo’s equipment, service and thoughtful leadership have been, and continue to be, essential to NOVUS’ future success.”
— Chris Krebs NOVUS Building Services
“The HTO is the third machine I have purchased from Marmo. It was by far the most exciting purchase due to all it’s features. It has increased our production 30% and the saw operators have embraced it due to its ease of operation. The staff at Marmo makes the whole process of acquiring equipment to maintenance a seamless process. That’s why I keep coming back to Marmo for all my equipment needs.”
— Jorge A. Deerfield Beach, FL
“The best machine ever! I don’t know how this company stays in business because this machine never breaks. I have four CNCs and a RoboSaw jet and the LCV is the best piece of machinery I have ever bought. It is the most reliable, simple to use and time saving machine. The best!”
— Wojek R. Euro Marble Supply, Illinois
“The Marmo LCV has been one of the most valuable additions to our production line. It has freed up at least one person, who would polish splashes all day long and moved him to other areas of fabrication. Not to mention the quality of the polish well exceeds that of a hand polish. The machine is a breeze to operate and very simple to maintain. Marmo has been very helpful with any questions or issues we have come across. I would strongly recommend this piece of equipment to any shop that does a fair amount of polished splashes or even simple countertop edges.”
— Jason Frank Top Priority, Inc., Hawaii
“The Marmo Meccanica works very well for us. We have no complaints whatsoever and we have had no down time with this machine. We would recommend Marmo Meccanica to anyone.”
— Adelir Rocha GA Granite, Inc., Atlanta, GA
We cut, fab and install 1,800-2,000 stone jobs per year. We tried the Marmo Meccanica HTO-R2-5A saw in June of 2016. We now run three HTO saws along with an older Marmo manual saw full time with only two operators and a helper. We cut approximately 25% more stone than with the manual saws and four operators. Normal maintenance keeps the song running all day, six days a week!
— Jim J. Express Tops, FL
Before adding the Marmo LCR machine to our production line, Classic Granite & Marble averaged 1,000 linear square feet polished by hand each day. Now, 400-500 of that is done by the Marmo LCR machine, performing at the rate of 3 expert hand-polishers. This has a huge impact on our overall efficiency and quality of work. Classic Granite & Marble has been using this machine since August of 2018 without issues, it is now truly a staple to our state-of-the-art production line.
